A wonderful, cured cheese of organic nature. This cheese has ripened for some time in our warehouse, 18 to 23 weeks to be more exact. The result is a fine, slightly sharp cured cheese, full and very creamy in taste. Delicious to put on your cheese plate as cheese blocks!
