Creamy farmhouse cheese

This farmhouse cheese is made from thermized milk. This means that the milk is heated briefly and therefore a part of the bacteria has been killed. Because not all bacteria have been killed, it still has the characteristic farmer’s taste. This young cheese is 10 weeks old. Very creamy in taste!
