Oudelandse farmstead cheese matured XL is a 30 kg cheese. This cheese is made from fresh thermized milk. This big farmstead cheese has been maturing in our warehouse for 8 months. This ensures the full flavour, but due to the large size of the cheese it is still very creamy and soft.
Tip:
This cheese suits a sandwich with avocado, tomato and cucumber very best!
