Goat cheese

A delicious cheese (type Emmental) made from goat’s milk. Matured for only a few weeks, which ensures a soft and creamy dairy. Thanks to the special recipe that creates holes in the dairy, the Chèvretaler has a slightly sweet taste. This in combination with the taste of goat cheese gives a wonderful taste sensation.

This Chèvretaler goat cheese is prepared on the Mèkkerstee.
