Farmstead cheese with asparagus

A farmstead cheese made of thermized milk. A cheese which fits perfectly in spring due to the fresh taste of asparagus. This farmstead cheese has been maturing for about 8 weeks in our warehouse to gain taste. Due to the short ripening time, the cheese is still nice and soft and creamy.

Tip:
Very tasty to add to a fresh spring salad.
