Cumin cheese with beautiful crystals
A beautiful full-fat cumin cheese. For about 9 months, this cheese has been maturing in our warehouse to achieve the sublime taste. Due to this long ripening time, this cumin cheese has developed beautiful white crystals which crackle in your mouth. Nice and spicy and firm in taste, but still easy to cut.
