Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Cumin Piquant is the older version of the Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Cumin Mild. Not 8 weeks but 6 months this cheese is ripening in the warehouse. Thanks to the cumin seed in this extra-matured variety, the characteristic cumin flavour is even more evident. A low-fat cheese with a lot of spice and taste.
