Slim mustard cheese

A low-fat cheese with mustard seeds through the dairy. This cheese has been maturing for about 3 months on the wooden shelves in our warehouse. The mustard seeds give this cheese a surprisingly pleasant aroma. Nice and creamy in texture and yet full of flavour.

Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Mustard is prepared by the best cheese makers from the region “Midden-Beemster”. Since the beginning of 2021, the cows of CONO cheesemakers eat GMO-free supplements. This means that these supplements do not contain any genetically modified substances. 80% of the supplements comes directly from the region. This means paying attention to humans, animals and the environment.
