Weydeland 48% F.I.D.M. Young Matured owes its taste to 8 weeks of maturation in our conditioned cheese warehouse where there is constant humidity and temperature. The cheese here gets all the love and care it needs to develop the creamy taste. This variant is very popular.

In 2015 this cheese was named ‘Tastiest cheese in the Netherlands!’ at the Holland Cheese Inspection 2015.

Since the beginning of 2021, the cows of CONO cheesemakers eat GMO-free supplements. This means that these supplements do not contain any genetically modified substances. 80% of the supplements comes directly from the region. This means paying attention to humans, animals and the environment.
