The Weydeland Less Salt is a full fat cheese with a lower salt content. About 25% less than a regular Gouda cheese. Made for people who want to reduce their salt consumption. The cheese is ripening for 8 weeks in the cheese warehouse and thus develops its full creamy taste.

Since the beginning of 2021, the cows of CONO cheesemakers eat GMO-free supplements. This means that these supplements do not contain any genetically modified substances. 80% of the supplements comes directly from the region. This means paying attention to humans, animals and the environment.
