Weydeland Cheese

In our Weydeland 35+ line we have four cheeses with additives, namely Herbs, Mustard, Cumin Mild and Cumin Spicy. These lean cheeses contain about 35% less fat than Gouda cheese 48+ and are made by CONO Cheesemakers from the Midden-Beemster.

Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Cumin Mild

Extra tasty low-fat cheese with cumin. Matured for 8 weeks.

Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Cumin Piquant

Matured for 6 months. Low-fat cheese with a real cumin flavour.

Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Herbs

Young matured slim cheese. Nice and creamy, fresh and herbed.

Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Mustard

A slim cheese with mustard seeds. Surprisingly pleasant!
