Villa Roma
The Villa Roma is a young farmstead cheese. Matured for about 8 weeks, so very creamy and soft. This farmstead cheese is prepared with cow’s milk and has the addition of various herbs and spices: Fenugreek, leek, chili, garlic, pepper and lovage! This provides a delicious, fresh/spicy taste.

Villa Nutmix
Villa Nutmix is a real hit. A delicious creamy farmstead cheese, made from thermized cow’s milk. Only 8 weeks of maturation was needed to achieve this sublime taste. Particularly soft and creamy in texture. Thanks to the rich mix of walnut, hazelnut and fenugreek, this farmstead cheese has a rich nutty flavour!

Villa Pepper Paprika
This delicious herbed farmstead cheese Villa Pepper Paprika is made from raw cow’s milk. Matured in our warehouse on wooden shelves for at least 8 weeks. This creates a creamy structure and soft dairy. The addition of paprika, pepper, garlic, onion and ginger gives this farmstead cheese a delicious spicy character!
