At Treur Kaas, we’re always on the lookout for special cheeses with character. Cheeses that are not only delicious but also tell a story. That’s why we’re proud to introduce: the Chevretaler – our latest goat’s cheese with holes.

A new member of the goat cheese family
The Chevretaler is made from 100% pasteurised goat’s milk, with a creamy texture and a mild, slightly sweet flavour. The characteristic holes in the cheese make it truly special. It matures naturally in our warehouse, which enhances the depth of flavour. The name is a playful blend of chèvre (goat’s cheese) and taler, referring to the holey texture similar to Emmental.
