PRESS RELEASE – After more than 40 years of working at Treur Kaas, almost 30 of which as Commercial Director of E.M. Treur en Zn B.V., Daan Treur has decided to step back and will resign from his position as of May 1, 2025.
As of May 1, 2025, the management of Treur Kaas will be in the hands of the management team listed below. Over the past years, the team members have proven that they are ready to carry forward the vision and mission of Treur Kaas. Daan has every confidence that, with them at the helm of Treur Kaas and together with all our employees, the continuity and further development of the company are secured, and that you will continue to receive the same quality products and excellent service. In short, ‘Treur Kaas’ will remain ‘Treur Kaas’!
In the new structure, responsibilities are divided as follows:
- Eduard Treur – Commercial Manager: Responsible for Export & Purchasing
- Jeroen de Laat – Manager Operations: Responsible for Logistics, ICT, QA, HRM
- Bert Westmaas – Manager Sales: Responsible for Sales NL & Marketing
- Arie Terlouw – Manager Finance & Control: Responsible for Finance & Intern Control
Although Daan is stepping down as Director of E.M. Treur en Zn B.V., he emphasizes that he will remain active within the company. Additionally, he will take on the role of advisor and serve as Director of E.M. Treur Beheer B.V., the 100% shareholder of E.M. Treur en Zn B.V.
