The Villa Roma is a young farmstead cheese. Matured for about 4 weeks, so very creamy and soft. This farmstead cheese is prepared with cow’s milk and has the addition of various herbs and spices: Fenugreek, leek, chili, garlic, pepper and lovage! This provides a delicious, fresh/spicy taste.
