Weydeland 35% F.I.D.M. Young Matured has matured for 8 weeks in our cheese warehouse. This creamy, mild cheese contains about 35% F.I.D.M. less fat than the 48% F.I.D.M. variant. A delicious soft cheese prepared by CONO Cheesemakers from the “Midden-Beemster”. The fresh pasture milk of the cows in the region of North-Holland is the basis for a creamy cheese. Enjoy delicious cheese with less fat!

Since the beginning of 2021, the cows of CONO cheesemakers eat GMO-free supplements. This means that these supplements do not contain any genetically modified substances. 80% of the supplements comes directly from the region. This means paying attention to humans, animals and the environment.
