Oudelandse Farmhouse Cheese Creamy Young is specially prepared to eat at a young age. After a maturation of only 5 weeks, this cheese is ready to eat. This cheese is smaller (12 kg) than the other Oudelande cheeses (16 kg). This accelerates the ripening process, so that this cheese already has a delicious full and yet very creamy, soft taste after 5 weeks of maturation.
