The Mèkkerstee Neeltje is a pure goat cheese with a soft and creamy structure. This plain goat cheese is softer than the other Mèkkerstee goat cheeses. The Mèkkerstee Neeltje is also smaller, only 3.8 kg. The cheese is produced on the Mèkkerstee farm.
This goat cheese should be kept refrigerated.
