Arugula Pinenut

Biostee Pinoli is an organic cheese made with cow’s milk with the addition of arugula and pine nuts. Matured for 8 weeks, so young matured. This means that the cheese is still very creamy and soft. Delicious in combination with the ‘nutty’ bite of arugula and pine nuts.
