Blue goat cheese

Creamy goat cheese with a blue mould culture. This 3.5 kg Chevretta goat cheese has matured for around 8 weeks to achieve this sublime taste. Deliciously creamy and soft in texture, but with a characteristic, specific blue mould flavour. The beautiful blue veins are clearly visible in the dairy.
