Jerseyhoeve Dieken is an organic extra matured Jersey cheese. The cheese is 26 weeks old and has been ripening in peace. Her taste is unsurpassed. Powerful and very creamy.

The name “Dieken” refers to the dikes laid down along the island of Goeree-Overflakkee to keep the feet dry at high tide.
