Twisca is a delicious tasteful Dutch sheep’s cheese from North-Holland, rich in vitamins. This young cheese has been maturing for 8 weeks and owes its creamy taste to its high form (which is very beneficial for maturation) but above all to the meadows in the region North-Holland where the sheep can fully graze.
