Herbed farmstead cheese
Villa Rosa is a herbed farmstead cheese, made from thermised cow’s milk. The addition of rosemary, oregano and basil provides a little extra spice. For about 8 weeks this farmstead has been maturing in our warehouse and therefore it is still very creamy in structure. Delicious cheese as an addition to the cheese platter.
