Happy Mrs. Jersey Old Wisdom is an organic Jersey cheese made from 100% Organic Jersey milk. The cheese has been ripening on wooden shelves for 1 year. The cheese contains a beautiful crystal, and its structure is still very creamy. A real specialty!

At the International Cheese Awards 2016 in Nantwich, England, this cheese was named Supreme Champion, or the best cheese in the world! In 2020 Happy Mrs. Jersey Old Wisdom attended this competition again together with the winners of the last years. The Jury announced our Happy Mrs. Jersey Old Wisdom again as Best of the Best. Once again awarded a Golden Award at the International Cheese Awards 2022 and 2023!
